Fatma has been a 3 keys Certified Practitioner since 2008. Since then, she has provided training and consultation services of 3 keys Methodology for individuals, coaching organizations and non-profit organizations inside and outside Saudi Arabia.
Fatma was the Head of L&D in Kamal Osman Jamjoom Group.
She is passionate about assisting individuals and businesses to understand their strengths, stretches and areas that needs development. She is the founder of Safaa for Consulting, an organization specialized in personality type and its applications in the Arab World. She is also the author of Personality Type Matching Reports and Children Personality Reports. She has conducted ROI impact studies on her work of the 3 keys methodology.
Fatma started her career as an English teacher and English teachers trainer and supervisor. Fatma holds a Bachelor degree in Education and English Language, is Certified MBTI practitioner, Certified ROI Professional from ROI Institute, a Certified practitioner from 3 keys international , a Certified Psychometric Assessor from a&dc, and a Certified Intentional Leadership Coach from Differentiated Coaching Associates
